You
are invited to view Moggs Creek in our perspective and share in
the riches of the discoveries of Sir Samuel Moggs.
Evidence tells us that Sir
Sam discovered Australia eleven years before Captain James Cook but
the matter was hushed-up because of the agreement between the north
and south English counties. This agreement was similar to the Treaty
of Tordesellas by which the discovery of the new world 500 years ago
was divided between Portugal and Spain.
Moggs Creek enters Bass Strait on the Victorian Coast between Aireys
Inlet and Lorne. The Photo below shows you the historic setting
where we believe Australia was first discovered.
